Project: Installation of HVAC systems in an office building, including server rooms

Optimization of project documentation: Actively working on improving and optimizing project documentation to ensure compliance with requirements and maximize work efficiency.

Project: Heating of workshops

Services:

The replacement of the heating source in the workshops from a central to a local heating source using dark infrared heaters resulted in a saving of approximately 90% of the natural gas used for heating these workshops.

Replacement of gas heaters in residential areas with electric devices, including electric water heaters.
Installation of necessary equipment in the administrative building and its conversion to local gas heating, which was more sensible in terms of energy resource saving according to calculations.

Project: Equipment of the compressor station at the plant

Location: Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine

Services:

Due to significant energy losses in the transmission lines and inefficient performance of outdated turbine compressor stations, the repair and machine plant in Kryvyi Rih decided to develop and implement a new compressor station project. The realized project included:

Deployment of two 400-volt compressors with frequency control, each with a capacity of 415 kW,
Two high-voltage compressors (6000 volts) with capacities of 315 kW and 280 kW.

This solution aims to significantly improve the efficiency and energy transmission of the system.

Project: Replacement of coke oven gas with blast furnace gas in an industrial center

Location: Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine

Scope: Gas supply, Technical Equipment

Services:

Development of concept and planning of measures for efficient utilization of blast furnace gases and environmental protection.
Includes technical improvements, new heat pipelines, burner retrofitting, and restoration of heat-resistant coating of the boiler.
Initiative in concept development, conducting energy efficiency calculations, and successful coordination of all project phases.
Goals: Efficient resource utilization, reduction of CO2 emissions, contribution to environmental protection.
